Jesus Verse of the Day started as a simple idea: one verse, read slowly, at the start of the day. No noise, no long articles to work through — just a few quiet moments with God’s Word before the day gets busy.
Every day, you’ll find a new verse here, along with a short reflection and a short prayer to go with it. Some days a verse will meet you exactly where you are. If it does, you’re always welcome to come back and read it again — the calendar on the homepage lets you look up any past day, so nothing here is ever really gone.
All scripture on this site is taken from the King James Version (KJV), chosen because it is public domain and has been trusted by readers for generations.
This site will always stay simple, on purpose. My hope is that it becomes a small, steady part of your morning — something you can return to, one verse at a time, one day at a time.
